I am a tennis pro and routinely haul large metal containers filled with tennis balls. I've had my ScopeOut installed on my Dodge Durango for more than six months. On numerous occasions, when I’m driving in traffic these heavy containers have bumped up against my ScopeOuts. I wouldn’t recommend this kind of abuse for any product, but I can attest that to my amazement, ScopeOut is not only extremely reliable – it’s also very sturdy and durable! This is an extremely well-manufactured product. It holds up to all kinds of objects knocking into it in the back of my car, and continues to work perfectly. The only care it has ever required is a slight manual adjustment now and then – and that takes about 2 seconds. I was so impressed with ScopeOut that I added Guardian Alert as well. Now that I have both of these great products, I can’t ever imagine driving a vehicle without them. Both my Guardian Alert and ScopeOut have more than paid for themselves by keeping me from smacking into hidden objects -- like hydrants, metal posts, low walls -- and even children -- when I back up. I've had the ScopeOut mirrors on my car for about one year and they have worked beautifully. With the use of ScopeOut, my ability to see down the street in either direction allows me to back up with a greater measure of confidence and safety, both in parking lots and backing out of my driveway. In fact, with the increased visibility, I exercise more caution than I did before. I take more time to look because I'm no longer backing up blind. I want ScopeOuts on all our vehicles. I love ScopeOuts! I own a small business in a strip mall, and it seems that every day I have to park between two large vehicles. I have a small VW Jetta and before I installed my ScopeOuts I really had a problem backing out. Now I have a full view of the parking lot and can back out with confidence.

I have been using ScopeOut for approximately four months. I found them easy to install and a big safety help in backing up. When backing out of my driveway, which is blind until I am almost to the street, ScopeOut allows me to see in both directions before the rear of the car is to the street.
