Sense Technologies, Inc. Signs Master Distribution Agreement with AmerTrade InterNational Group, Paving Way for ScopeOut® Sales in Mexico;
Expanded Distribution in U.S.

Phoenix, AZ – Oct. 3, 2006 - Sense Technologies, Inc. (OTC BB: SNSG) has signed a master distribution agreement with AmerTrade InterNational Group which will allow for sales of ScopeOut® to automotive OEMs, major retailer chains, and automotive specialty shops throughout the Republic of Mexico. Additionally, the agreement provides for AmerTrade to serve as a master distributor for ScopeOut® in parts of the Southwest and Pacific states, ramping up sales in the channels of automotive aftermarket, collision and body shops, and auto dealerships throughout Arizona, California, New Mexico and the western region of Texas. Sense is jointly working with AmerTrade to evaluate re-sourcing the manufacturing of ScopeOut® to Tier 1 auto-aftermarket specialty manufacturers in the Republic of Mexico. The product currently is manufactured in China.

As part of the master distribution agreement, AmerTrade will purchase an undisclosed amount of existing inventory from Sense Technologies, which will then be sold and marketed directly through AmerTrade into major retailers in the Republic of Mexico. Additionally, the product will be introduced to Mexico’s automotive OEM market, which is responsible for exporting thousands of vehicles into the U.S. and abroad annually.

ScopeOut® is an aerodynamic safety mirror for vehicles that gives drivers greater visibility when reversing or changing lanes in traffic. Mounted on the trunk of an automobile or back interior windows of an SUV, minivan or like vehicle, ScopeOut® was created to offer an affordable solution to eliminating blind spots.

Bruce Schreiner, President and CEO of Sense Technologies, said, “We view the finalization of this distribution agreement as a major milestone for the company. By introducing our products into Mexico, under the auspices of AmerTrade’s very capable oversight, we have taken the first steps toward ensuring that ScopeOut® and Guardian Alert® will start to attain their full global potential. It is our shareholder’s longstanding faith in the company’s mission and philosophies that have enabled us to make this important move toward developing international sales and distribution channels for our products. We’re grateful for their support and view this as the first of many future opportunities for growth.”

Tony Canton, president of AmerTrade, has more than 30 years experience launching U.S. products abroad. A native of Washington, D.C., his formative schooling was received in New York and Connecticut. He graduated from the Universidad de Las Americas in Mexico D.F. and went on to Georgetown University for graduate work in foreign relations. Mr. Canton embarked on his marketing and retail career with R.H. Macy & Co. some 30 years ago. From there, he moved into store operations and corporate buying and was subsequently recruited by Sakowitz, Houston as a senior merchandiser. His entrepreneurial drive took him to Aspen, Colorado, where he utilized the culmination of his marketing and retail skills in his own operation, Aspen Mountaineering, Ltd., over a 10-year period. In 1980, he sold that business and joined Comercial Mexicana, S.A. in Mexico, D.F., the second largest privately owned retail concern in Latin America, with more than 18,000 employees in 55 store locations. Canton served as director of Marketing, Strategies and Research in this multi-billion dollar company which incorporates the big box/superstore concept, selling food as well as hard and soft goods.

Mr. Canton co-founded AmerTrade InterNational, Inc. with offices in Dallas, New York and Miami. He consulted on global trade point networking between United Nation members (under the auspices of the U.N. Trade Point and Efficiency Board) to enable small and medium-sized companies in Third World countries to develop the ability to trade competitively on the world market, utilizing technological programs and interfaces.

With Sense Technologies, Mr. Canton will be devising sales and marketing strategies for the international launch of ScopeOut® and then Guardian Alert®. Additionally, he will be developing ancillary channels of distribution within the United State that are complementary to those currently in development by Marketing Associates, the company that is overseeing ScopeOut®’s launch into major retail chains in the U.S. Sense Technologies is continuing its efforts to develop its independent network of manufacturer reps that are launching ScopeOut® into the auto dealerships throughout a five-state area including New York, North Carolina, Colorado, Idaho and Alabama.

Mr. Canton became acquainted with ScopeOut® when he starting researching aftermarket products to correct the large rear blindspot of his SUV. He ordered ScopeOut® online, and his favorable impression of the product led him to contact the company to investigate international sales opportunities. Seeing the potential, Mr. Canton said, “One thing led to another and I created a plan for marketing ScopeOut® in the Republic of Mexico. I think it is an incredible product that will impress the automotive OEM market which is thriving in Mexico. I’m also very excited about launching it domestically and feel it will quickly gain popularity with the auto trade and consumers.”

Lowell Martinson, inventor of ScopeOut® and vice president of Operations for Sense Technologies, Inc., stated, "We’re very excited to be expanding the distribution of ScopeOut® internationally, and see tremendous potential in exploring new markets. Many countries are very advanced in their thinking on rear blindspots, and quite a few have started to mandate rear visibility standards. With this mindset, ScopeOut® will be filling a need that is already well established abroad. It should complement our domestic marketing and sales efforts nicely.”
