Sense Technologies, Inc. participated in Sun City’s Lovin’ Life Expo, held at the Dial Convention Center on Jan. 28, 2007. With more than 6,000 people in attendance, the company enjoyed non-stop crowds for more than six solid hours. Thousands of attendees stopped by the booth, then veered over to get a peek of ScopeOut® installed on an SUV and car. Kustom Kar Sound, a retail chain located in the greater Phoenix area, reported it saw an immediate boost in business as a result of the show and the 3,000 flyers handed out to attendees.

Says Lowell Martinson, “This was a very well run event and everybody seemed to enjoy themselves. We think it was a great way to introduce ScopeOut® to the residents of the Sun City retirement communities, and we’re gratified that so many expressed such positive, heartfelt responses to the need to proactively address vehicle blind spots. When doing product research for ScopeOut®, we learned that communities with seniors have some of the highest rates of back-over tragedies. With neck stiffness and other mobility issues, many seniors welcome the fact that ScopeOut® allows them to see what is behind them up and down the street both ways, without even having to turn their heads. We’re looking forward to continuing our participation at upcoming community events where we can share information about this important area of safety.” lovinlifeexpo2

ScopeOut® Booth and Product Demonstrations at Festival of Lights Wows Crowds and Sparks Local Product Sales

Sense Technologies, Inc. just participated in the 10 th Annual Festival of Lights, held in the Ahwatukee Foothills, a suburb of Phoenix , Arizona . Held this past Thanksgiving weekend, the event is a community holiday celebration as well as a kick-off to one of the largest non-profit light displays in the country. With 25,000 visitors, it was also an excellent backdrop for introducing and demonstrating ScopeOut to thousands of excited attendees and onlookers.

According to ScopeOut inventor Lowell Martinson, “The traffic did not stop for the entire 8 hours that we were at the booth. Three vehicles were on display where visitors could sit inside and actually see firsthand how the product worked.” Throughout the day, more than $5,000 worth of free product was given away in drawings that were held hourly. Winners were not limited to the Phoenix area. Some recipients resided as far away as Colorado , Washington State , California and Ohio .

Martinson hopes to make Phoenix one of the safest communities in the nation, and has a goal of giving away additional ScopeOut units during the upcoming year in conjunction with community safety programs, mother’s groups and active seniors before 2006 is complete.

According to one father of three who visited the booth, “This product is unbelievable. It looks so simple, yet this is exactly what every driver needs.”

A local Realtor® immediately went to purchase four units for herself and family members. “ScopeOut is perfect. It is exactly what I have needed for years.”

In conjunction with the product giveaway, coupons for discounts at local retailers were handed out.
